We would be delighted if you could join us for a 30 minute live webinar, introducing Legare and the tool's effective solution to cost load (bucket load) a Primavera P6 project.  Loading profiled cost data into Primavera P6 is a time-consuming and expensive process - which typically involves typing in the values in cell-by-cell.  Typically known as "bucket loading", this task is frequently open to error and can be a considerable drain on planners' time.

Legare has the capability to transfer key project data from Excel direct into Primavera P6.  The cost loader is a simple to use and very effective application gives you the ability to load cost data into your Primavera P6 schedules.

Here's what else Legare can do:

·  Loads data from any source, e.g. SAP, Oracle, Maximo, Microsoft Project, JD Edwards and contractor Work Management systems

·  Loads activity codes, costs, expenses, resources, and roles.

·  Data Connectors include XER, CSV, Oracle, Excel, XML, P6, Access, and MS SQL

·  Uses the Primavera P6 API

·  Scheduling, Forecasting, Dictionary Synchronization and Relationships

·  Optional modules: Project Loading, Microsoft Project Import/Export.

Webcast Agenda - A live demonstration of Legare 'Cost Loader':

·  Technical Overview: Legare architecture and features.

·  Demonstration : Uploading bucket loaded cost/unit from spreadsheets direct into Primavera P6

·  Question & Answer Session

Thank you in advance for your interest - if you have any suggestions or feedback, please contact me. Further information and connector types can be found at www.collabro-legare.com

Best Regards.
