Hi,

"Budgeted Non lobor unit" are is being calculated as "Original duration * 8 h".

How do I make Budgeted units same as Budgeted Non lobor unit?

If one woman can bear a child in nine months then nine women can bear a child in one month, it is simple math.

It you can get from London to NY in 7.5 hours by a single plane just take two planes and you will get there in half the time.

If you need 4000 lifts on a steel tower then install 40 tower cranes to make it faster.

Just assign 30 steel fixers and the job can be done in 30 minutes.  If not enough assign more, say 300 in this way any job can be done within 3 minutes.

It is a lie resources are limited, they are not, crew composition and size do not matter, otherwise it would be disclosed.

Hi Mubashir,

Normally one steel fixer+ 1 helper can install around 0.2 to 0.5 ton in a day (around 10 hrs works).

Best Regards

This website has a very good info regarding manhours per unit production. But I am confused with these units. Because detail of resources is not mentioned in each case. e.g. Rate of steel fixing at ground is mentioned as 15hr/ton. Now, it is not mentioned that 15 hrs of one steel fixer is involved or a crew of steel fixers will perform this.????
