Can I enquire if the contractor is to commit to the resources and equipment loaded in the loaded schedule ?
And are they also suppose to commit to the resources in the late schedule as well, from the late start/finish ?
The peak resource requirement is going to differ , and are there also any guideline On the appropriate % difference ?

The answer to your question and many like it is, “What does the contract say?” If it is not mentioned in the contract, then the contractor is not required to do it. Good luck!
