Would like to ask some help with regards to the image below. Have asked a subcontractor to provide an EOT and to use the latest update of the schedule without the baseline. I've noticed that in Primavera 8, the duration of the civil works doesn't seem to tally. Looking at the program that it still uses the original plan dates, allthough there are no baseline. This is only showing to activity with actual dates, is this an anomaly of Pv8 if it's then what are the remedial of this?
Need advice and ragards.
