Dear All,
We have a master schedule prepared for the client and internal use some 2 years back, which was not detailed much at that time, but now as the project is in full speed now we want to monitor it more deeply and want to detail the master schedule more ( add more detailed activities in same program) and hence delibrating about various options,
1) Can we use the Level of effort activities?.
2) Activity steps would be another option to use.
3) Detail it more in another schedule and calculate the percentages from there and put them back in the master schedule.
4) any other option as suggested by you guys.
