I have a resource loaded program which is of 500 activities.
1. I want to filter WBS for a single resource but i cannot get the milestones in that WBS which are the responsibility of same resource becoz in P6 we cannot assign resources to a milestones, now what to do?
2. If i want to filter the same resource under different WBS then what should i write in the filter?

You can start explore of using Activity Code or User Defined Field. This will allow you filter according to your need.

1) Check whether the activities related to the milestone have activity codes assigned as per the milestone. If available, then filter by activity codes and have the WBS layout.
2) If not, assign activity codes and filter as such.
