Hello Everyone ..
I Got one schedule form my client in P6 , its of various packages & for every package.
For example Package names are - Analyzer , Junction box, Etc...
& one activity whose name is same as WBS name is level of efforts ...Like analyzer is my WBS & analyzer is first activity of this WBS which is level of efforts. Now my question is what is a use of this LOE here ? & how to track this LOE ...suppose we have 100 budgeted hours for LOE then how to track ?
