I just came accross a demand from my project Manager.He asked me about the Earned value cost till the End of September,2011.The Program is only Cost Loaded (Using Expence Tab and there are not unit (Resources).I know that if you Reverse the data date then it gives you Planned avalue at that date.But is there any way to get earned value at that Exact date which has already passed.Like in my case it is almost one month back than the data date.I hope my question is clear

Go to view > show on botom > activity usage spreadsheet
right ckick in te spreadsheet area, and select "spreadsheet fields"
Select cumulative > earned value > earned value cost
Ensure your timescale interval is in months and you have no filter applied, and check the project summary value for September 2011.
