Can i call your great minds attention?
i have a schedule to be prepared with the following scenarios:
1. Package 1 has a duration of 2 years from NTP issue.
2. Package 2 may or may not be instructed to do so, however, if it will be included in the contract it will be advised within 6mos from the NTP of Package 1 and the duration for both Package 1 & 2 will be 3 years.
my questions are as follows:
a. am i going to prepare 2 schedules based on scenarios 1 & 2?
b. if i'll be making 1 schedule based on scenario 1 and will incorporate scenario 2 as an indicative program, and then later on Package 2 will not be included, my program will be incorrect due to duration of Package 1 extended also upto 3 years.
Please advise on how to do it best with such condition..
