Dear all,
i want to show activity which is occuring every month during project duration....e.g.monthly /biweekly meeting.(duration 1 day max. only)
i want to show it as a one activity only; in one bar with gaps between each occurence.
how can i show it in p6?

You can try using Activity codes,first identifying activities repeating on particular month assign proper activity code .On applying filter you might get the list of activities you need to show.
On summarizing the activities present in the above layout (After activity code assignment and filter ) ,you might get one single bar
