Hi i had prepared a schedule with out assigning any resource to a project.now i need to assign as per project requirement.so i find little difficult to add resource to all activities.
my Question is can we add resources in one go to all activities and later we can change value if needed.sothing like that rather adding resource by clicking each activity and assigning.

Hi Waheed,
If you are using P6, then select the required activities in the schedule. After that right click the mouse and assign resource of your choice to the activities. It is the solution. In P3 go for a global change.

please specify the software that you use.
It is easy in Spider Project but I expect that you use something else.
