How was your first time as a planner your first project you ever scheduled.
I remember my first project was stressful didn't know what to expect. Project was worth R4 mil. Wasn't that big of a starter project but walking up to the plate I gave it my best finished 2 weeks earlier then scheduled witch granted me top beginner planner in the company on a junior level.
Was the best feeling ever I'm now with a new company working on a R200 mil project still on junior level this is stressful as there is new challenges everyday. I just want to give it my best and maybe get promoted to a Senior level Still have a few years before that will happen.
