What are your thoughts and opinions when the construction / target / short term programmes develop from a workable tool to reporting tool.
When faced with constant variations / changes when does a programme merely become a tracking tool.
Rescheduling Procedure (thoughts and opinions);
- Do you prefer to monitor and issue progress reports as jagged lines (for clarity) - however the dates are now void.
- Rescheduling with the end date (constrained) to identify negative float. Or do you constraint the end date with a deadline constraint to identify the true slip.
- Issuing rescheduled programmes to sub-contractors.
