This is a task that the whole team does. Not the Planner alone. I would recommend that you talk to your Construction Manager and the Project Manager and disucss the ways to Recover the time that you want. This can be done by several ways:
1) Increasing the resources.
2) Changing the Construction Sequence
3) Changing the Construction Method
4) Adopting quick problem solving techniques to prevent wasted time in the processes.
5) Changing the Management of the Project.
Depending on the time of the project, you can find the best way to complete the remaining works in the best time possible.
