When you copy the WBS in third project, make sure you dont copy the activities.

to retain links across the projects, you have to go to activity window and then select & drop the activites into their required postion under WBS.

select activites, then move your cursor at the very right of your first column and then hold the mouse (left click) and then drag it wherever you want to.

Hi ELjaro,

The workaround is, create a new project without any activities then open the other two projects, so you have now a total of Three open projects.

In WBS Window, select the two projects, right click and copy then paste the two projects into newly created project.
