Jose in response to your query, I have not received anything myself! anyhow the idea of starting this topic was to discuss the issue rather than posting e-mail addresses!

Dear Civilila,

I have made the Finishing Planning Schedule of "Airport Passenge Terminal Building" having arae of approx. 150,000 Sft. That work is small as compared to what you are doing; still if you and anyone who needs that; than please post your email adress.

Regards

Waqas

Dear Civilila,

You are most welcomed.

Also, please check the infrastructure for all these buildings. You might need to work in parallel on designing the requirements and executions of all E/M networks outside these buildings.

Hope the information was helpful.

Best,

Samer

Dear Civilila,

My recommendations are to start with the basics for each building as follows:

1) Site Survey

2) Excavation

3) Substructure Civil Works

4) Superstructure

5) Mechanical

6) Electrical

7) Finishes

8) Commissioning.

The ware houses would need a Pre Engineered Building Design manufacturing and erection. I would suggest that you contact your local steel manufacturers and you can get a quick durations for the 18000m2 building.

The Fire Training Facility would need special design. You will need to contact on of the major suppliers of Fire Fighting equipment and ask about the long lead items if you have them sorted out in the BOQs. It would take usually up to 8 months to manufacture. If the building is Reinforced concrete, then it depends on how many slabs/ levels you have, that will determine the cycle time and everything else.

The passenger rail system is special design as well. Few companies in the world manufacture them. You can check the current systems that you are using at your airport and contact the company for estimated long lead delivery.

Rennovation of existing lounges, if that is what you are describing by Fitting out, it depends on the design, material availability and resources to complete the works. But this can go quickly.

I hope that the information was of some help.

Best Regards,

Samer
