Dear Abhishek,
A Program of Works is prepared to make sure that the project "scope" is complete on "time and within "cost".
Your job as a planned is to prepare such a Schedule. The project type determined what activities you need to include; Sales, Estimation, Design, Detailing, Procurement, Storage, Logistics, Construction, Fabrication, Erection, Quality Control, Tre v
atment, Commissioning, and many more.
Best Regards,
Samer
Abhishek
Youll have to plan and to control the relationships between the different phases - you cant erect a turbine before its foundation is ready, youll have to create the requisition before order, regard arrival at site before erection, etc.
If youll plan with different inter-linked schedules or use one single schedule depends on project, its stakeholders (e.g. a required data exchange with a subcontractor) and the features of the software you use.
The output should be the same.
Have a happy new year!
