I can’t speak for P6 specifically but P3.1 (the old version) would be, I think, too esoteric for your needs. P6 is a complete rewrite though, so it’s very possible that they have much more accessible interfaces for lay-people to use without the need for extensive training.



For managing the works of a team of 25 (25 actually executing the work, or are they managing subcontractors etc?), I would think MSP would give you enough of what you need. It has the dual advantage that it is largely intuitive and often bundled with an organisation’s MS Office install.



tbh, though, if I have something very simple to schedule, I use Excel, it’s fast and simple and everyone understands it. Of course you need to maintain all logic yourself...
