long time since this was posted! Planweaver is no more...but ADePT is alive and well. The ADePT methodology is now enabled via two products:
ADePT Design Builder - which enables: the mapping of the integrated process; the optimisation of the sequence based on the flow of information between activities; the identification of iteration and the removal of needless re-work cycles; the identification of critical decision-making points (the point in the sequence after which a design change will be as promplematic as a change in construction phase) and the synchronisation of the data to your planning application of choice.
ADePT Design Manager - which enables: the management of the design process workflow; the creation and distribution of work plans and lookahead plans; the identification of constraints on future activities; the capturing of design progress against plan (using PPC, WIP, Design Days complete, etc); the generation of project dashboards; the updating of the master schedule).
