EIA 748 defines the way Esarned Value Management (EVM) is done in the USA Defense/Industry complex. The rest of the world use ISO 21508 and aligned standards from PMI and other authorities. There are many excellent books focused on EIA 748, far less on ISO 21508 and similar standards. I hope to make a difference!
