Morning All,
We are currently experiencing a difference between the P6 Server and Stand alone reported Progress on both the Planned and Actaul percentages complete. We have checked that all the Admin Settings and Settings under user preferances are the same.
Has anybody experienced this issue before or know of a solution to get the progress aligned on both the server and stand alone. In terms of the dates we do not have any issues as the Overall and detail task start and finish dates are the same.
Any other additional setting checks that need to be done?
The differences in progress is not major but as mentioned above affects both Planned and Actual Progress. The progress difference varies between 0,50% up to 1,5% in some cases.
Feedback will be appreciated.

Hi Dennis,
Often neglegted to check is the Admin Preference -->Starting Day of Week settings where some planner use Monday if using 5 d/w calendar M-F but construction usually work 6 to 7d/w and use Saturday as First day of Week. This will affect the Planned % progress specially if the calendar is using 6d/w or 7d/w.
Another is the User Preference --> Time Distributed Data where P6 default for interval for time-distributed resource calculation is day. If using multiple calendar or mixed 24hr, 8hr, 12hr etc.. calendar, the accurate is set to hour instead of day.
What are the P6 field nnames (e.g. Dutation % complete) that are affected?
And the Earned Value calculation settings for each gatabase under 'Admin Preferences'
