I am having issue with viewing the spread updates by other user in our database and they can’t see mine too.
It is weird because I can see the correct figures of any other updates from them.
So, “calculate costs from unit” is unticked.
We update the remaining unit (which is what the spread it based on.) manually to match the remaining cost
The problem is once they update the remaining unit, I don’t see the new figures. Any ideas
P6 database does not automatically synchronised the update when both users open same project. The user who update the data should press F5 to refresh the database and reflect the update then the other user need to do the same by pressing F5 to refresh the current screen and the updated information will be refresh and reflect for both users.
