My users are informing me that schedule changes they are making are occasionally not showing up the next time they log into P6. This includes status updates, activity code changes, and activity deletions.
This has been more prevalent since our upgrade to P6 18.8.5
Anyone else having these issues?
We have users regularly hitting F10 to commit changes
I have a few users on Citrix but most log in through client. We use a networked Oracle database.
My IT people keep referencing tables being "locked" by users. None of them have exclusive rights.
tell them to periodically press F10 which is commit changes or select file commit changes
My guess that this is on a citrix server or some remote location on local to the hard drive.
