Full of Constraints

As a bigenner planner, I have made a plan for a client as two projects, the start and finish dates for one of them are the actuals. whereas the start and finish dates of the other one are the planned ones, then I maintained the latter as a baseline to the first one, the client did not accept it and asked to modify that, he has also mentioned that the project is full of constaints. Are there any other ways to follow?

the only activities that should have constraints are CONTRACTUAL milestones

also the project must finish by date should be set

Suhaib,

do you mean: you don't use activity relationship, but only activty constraints to schedule your project?

you should not have any other date constraint that the project start date and the contractual finish date
