Hi All
My Project Manager requested that I advise on the sectionals Performance % complete in relation to the project overall Performance % complete. In a lame man terms how each section contribute to the overall Performance % complete, I have put in a dummy resource to roll up the column of Performance % Complete as per the Client request to report on the % complete and I did not assign cost to the activities. Can someone advise how does one workout the propotion of the sections on P6.
