In a Programme, all the equipments are assigned as Labor type, by mistake. While trying to change the type in the Resource Pool, it is showing the message as Not Possible to Change. Tried the Global Change and unsuccessful.
Any solution to rectify it.

delete old resource
assign new resource
export new resource and budgtes to excel
populate new resource budgets with info form old resource budgets
import new resoruce budgets
