Hi Everyone.
I'm currently working on a Revised Program from the last update (in P6), and I've already adjusted and Corrected all dates and Relationships and even I've used Global Change to make Planned % Complete and Actual Percentage complete equal, it worked well for Enginerring, Procurement and Even Construction Stages, but 3 activities (2 from Pre-Construction Documentation and 1 key milestones (Contract period)) didn't change, which is affecting Overall % because the 3 actiities are being update using Physical % Complete, and if I change them to duration % complete it is affecting their actuals, which is affecting Overall % also (driving it back).......
Please how do I solve this kind of Issue withouth Changing it's % complete type to Duration??????

where physical % complete is greater than 0
then duration % complete = physcial % complete
have you copied this schedule and made this your new baseline ?
what is your earned value calculation setting ?
