Original Duration vs At Completion Units

Hi all,

I wonder if you can help.  The schedule i'm building below has some original durations that differ from the longest 'At Completion Units' and some that match - I am under the impression that the planned (original) duration of a task should be equal to the longest resource 'At Completion Unit' of that task. All calendars are the same  - any ideas?

i don't see how one thing has to do with the other one is units and one is duration totally independent

Thanks David - apologies for the multi-post.  I blame my P6 trainer all those years ago at ACS ;) haha!

Hmm.  "At completion units" is the total resource quanity, forecast or actual, at the finish of an activity. Original Duration is a measure of time.  I picture duration as belongng to an Activity's "x" axis, and units as the "y" axis......

Also note that "SAVE" at the bottom of this dialogue is actuallt "POST" !!
