My Forecast Finish Date matches my Baseline 1 finish date, but I'm seeing a varience of -1 days. Can anyone tell me why this may be happening? Thank you in advance.

my 1sft guess is that it has to do with TIMES and or ROUNDING
so you wil want to turn your times on and you durations to 2 decmials
go to edit users preference
click on the date tab
at the bottom select the 12 hour raido button and nake sue that show minutes is checked
next click on the time units tab
under duration format on the right change the decmials to 2
close
check all of your remaining durations make sure none of them are in fractions of a day only whole numbers.
now go to the projects directory (button on left)
make sure that your project is highlighted
click on the dates tab
make sue that your TIME for your project start date is 8:00 am or the earliest HOUR in your calendar
make sure that your dtat date TIME is 8:00 am or the earliest HOUR in your calendar
make sure that the project must finish by date TIME is 5:00 pm or the latest hour in your calendar.
go back ot the activities make sure that any activities that have a start constraint that the start TIME is 8:00 am or the earliest HOUR in your calendar.
make sure that any activities that have a finish constraint that the finish TIME is 5:00 pm or the latest HOUR in your calendar.
filter of any activiies that are inprogress
make sure that the start Actual TIME is s 8:00 am or the earliest HOUR in your calendar.
press F9
this should resolve your problem
