Need some help please!
I have been asked to generate late curves in an updated schedule. I am able to make it, however i have some observations that I think P6 release 8.3.2 is generating it incorrect. My understanding is that there should be no remaining cost/units for months earlier than DATA date if I am generating LATE curve. In case it generate, it should be as per ACTUAL. Please refer to the screenshot below. Upon investigation, i noticed that these remaining cost in months earlier than DATA date is due to the LEVEL of EFFORT activities which has LATE START equal to ACTUAL START for progressing activities (i think it should be at least equal to data date or earliest of the late date of its predecessors, correct me if I'm wrong).
