Hi guys,
I am a planner and I am spending a lot of my time to coordinate the job and the interface with all my colleagues in a project. It would be helpful for everybody if I could assign to each activity an activity code named OWNER (or a name or a mail) into the project schedule and if there was something that allows a communication between Google Calendar (that everybody can use because free source) and Primavera P6 such as by creating an automatic event in google calendar according to the assign owner to each task.
Has somebody studied a system to coordinate a team?
