Just wondering if someone can shed some light on a problem that has just popped up.
When we open any project in the sytem the orginal durations, (Group Sorted by WBS Levels) for the header is stating less days than it actually is.
It is not a user setting as it has happened to both of us in the office!
Example :
Duration = 51days
Calendar 1st July 14 to 22nd June 15
There is a level of effort activity that covers project management for the whole program with the same dates that shows the correct amount of dates.
Spoke to an experienced planner, who looked at the baselines / calendars etc and he couldn't come up with anything.
Any Ideas on how to fix this would be much appreciated.

Refer to P6 Ver7, your project calendar will define the total duration of the project, regardless of the calendar assigned to the activities. May be more non working days in the Project Calendar and that could be the reason for less duration.

Hi Jenny - also check any calendars attached to resources.

Make sure the assigned calendar in the activities is the same as the default calendar.
