1. It is my understanding that the P6 activity type, “Level of Effort’ is the same as the P3 Hammock activity type. If my assumption is correct, what are the pitfalls if any of adding resources to this type of activity.
2. The situation I’m faced with is: The BOQ has 1x line item say for excavation whereas the activity has multiple excavation activities. I would prefer to add the resource to each activity but unfortunately, I do not have available resources to quantify resources for individual activities.
Any comments or suggestions are most appreciated.
