I am struggling with the times on financial periods.
Say for example I add a batch from 01 September 2013 to 11 October 2013 every 1 week ending on a Friday, example batches periods are:
21 September 2013 to 27 September 2013
28 September 2013 to 04 October 2013
No times are given, but when I go to ‘Store Period Performance” and select a period it says.
21 September 2013 00:00 to 27 September 2013 00:00
28 September 2013 00:00 to 04 October 2013 00:00
What that misses out an entire day, what happens at say 08:00 on 27 September.
I can only assume it is working from 00:00 to 23:59 or 00:01 to 00:00 but without knowing which I don’t know if my financial period is ending last thing on the first minute of Friday or the last minute.
I have even managed to confuse myself now.

Yes that is what I would have assumed. The problem with this being if you chose Sat 5ththe earliest option for the next period is Sun 6thOct (once again at 00:00) therefor any progress during the day of Sat 5this theoretically not covered by a financial period.
After hearing from primavera support It seems that if you select your period to end on say Sat 5thOct any progress recorded for that day is covered (ie the period does in fact end at 23:59 of that day)

Think of each period end date as a data date.
In order to include the info for the last day you need to pick the day after as the time is 00:00
i.e. to include Friday 4th Oct you need to pick the Sat 5th Oct
