Hi,
The actual units of few activities found changing to(equal to the duration %) for the activity’s percentage complete type was Physical percentage complete.
Problem was fixed by removing the option recalculate actual units and costs when duration % complete changes, anyway root cause couldn’t find.
The discripancy observed was the activites are not responding in same manner; like if this option was the root cause the all the activities of the project should have been changed its actual units equal to duration % complete; but this wasn’t the case, this was happening only to few activities.
Please advise if you know the possible root cause.
