Residential project of P + 18 with conventional shuttering for RCC work.
When i need to revise the baseline considering the actual dates when my RCC work has completed 50% i.e. 50% RCC slabs casted.
WHen i am revisiong the baseline considering the actual casting dates of slabs, activities changed to non critical, but practically RCC work has to be critical in the schedule isnt it ?
What should be the overall approach while revisiong the baseline considering actual dates & my 70% project is balance approx.
