Appreciate if somebody could show me how to fill up the early start and late start date columns as data cannot be entered and on ly show display dates that are similar to START and FINISH dates. I need these info to construct my early start and late start s-curve. I also noted that the milestone task early and late start dates will be the same as start and finish date. How to develop these early and late start dates for a project?
You can't simply fill up the dates, it must came from the logic of activities....you have to establish 1st the project activity and form there the total float will define you the late start and finish....furthermore explanation, reach me at [email protected]
