I am using Microsoft Project 2007 for managing multiple project plans. Is there a way to update multiple project plans with common field or add common task to multiple project plans together? I went through the help documents but seems like MS Project does not support something like this (though I am not 100% sure myself). Appreciate if you could help me with some tool name which can help me achieve this.

I would agregate all my individual projects in a new "master project": Window, New, ...
then I would add appropriate links between tasks amongst the different individual projects; MS Project wil create links between the master project and the individual projects (almost like links between different sheets in a Excel workbook)
when you status task 1A in Project 1 and delay its End Date, its successor task 2B in Project 2 will be delayed too.
Note: it is not possible to save the baseline in the master project; go to each individual project to save each project baseline
