WBS in MS-P is not similar to P3 of you want to organise based on WBS then you have to do some manual work. Create custom WBS based on WBS created by MSP itself. On that custon WBS you can sort/filter/group the activities as per you need. In other way of doing similar work you can follow Alaxandres suggestion. But rememeber it is not something like P3 WBS.
MS-P displays the outlined (hierarchical) layout by default; to set it up if necessary, go to Tools, Options, View, Demote (or Outline ?) in the lower part of the Dialog box.
If you want to display another hierarchy, you will have to group the tasks (similar to Organize in P3):
Go to Project, Group by; define any group criteria you need and click OK
The Gantt Chart will be reorganized about the same way as P3 would do.
