- Contractor to provide a critical path (as-built versus as-planned) schedule analysis for the Work assigned to Contractor which takes into account concurrent delays and the delays caused by Contractor.
As a contractor we submitted Global Claim at end of project (Civil+MEP) , As per above statement from Client I feel it's confusing they asking Two Schedule Analysis method together , critical path schedule analysis at this end of project is not possible because schedule is already actualised, as-built vs as planned is easy and possible - Any Claim expert could you clarify above statement & my approach is correct??

Global claims always fail in a tribunal but they can be a useful negotiating tool.
