Hi Paul and to all,



My only comment is that activity codes where highlighted in organizing activities.



As per PMI, WBS is the norm in organizing activities.



Activity Codes is an option in grouping related activities.



Also earned value management focus on WBS,



so any bright idea



We do need to come up with a universal norms, when to use WBS or When to use Activity Codes.



I did passed by projects wherein WBS were stated in the contract but not implemented, instead, Activity Codes were used.
