If we are reminding someone, it might be better to post the specific rule and ask the miscreant to refer to all others before making a further post.
I think if we post all the rules members will get word blind and ignore half of them (probably including the rule that we are trying to remind them of!)
But, we can only moderate by agreement, so if it is decided by majority that we post all the rules, I will be more than happy to do that.
