Hi everyone!
I am a consultant, trainer and presenter of software including project management tools.
I have been in IT for 25 years and I have been doing various types of IT project management since 1992. I have had published a thesis and some academic articles on Risk Management in projects.
I have a good knowledge of several software packages. Unfortunately I only have a limited knowledge of Primavera. However I guess as moderators our knowledge of the subject matter is not particularly important.
I look forward to supporting my fellow moderators and I am always available to help out on IT issues PP may have.

Im a consultant (my own company since 1992), trainer, and graduate school professor teaching Advanced Scheduling & Control at Brandeis University and Univ. of West Indies at Cave Hill, Barbados. I was originally a PM in the financial industry, but for the past 22 years have taught and consulted with companies and projects in a wide variety of applications including aerospace/defense, nuclear (still my favorite in terms of scheduling, Shimmo!), oil & gas, pharma, IT, IS, and construction.
I write a lot, and have published numerous articles and one book. And Ive taught many seminars for PMI, speak often at their various chapter meetings, and will be presenting at this years College of Scheduling Conference in Boston in May.
Although Ive worked with s/w packages ranging from PROJECT/2 and Artemis to Scitor, Project Workbench and MS Project, I dont claim expertise with any s/w package. As a result, I dont expect to be particularly noticeable in the software forums. Instead, my interests tend to be more toward theoretical aspects of metrics and techniques.

I am Head of Scheduling at Sizewell Power Station, looking at long-term strategies for decommissioning right down to the day-to-day maintenance/compliance planning that we do.
