Working as part of a maintenance, project and turnaround planning team. Preparing work scope documents, P3 programmes, work orders, requisitions and compiling bid packages for sub-contractor work. Using SAP to generate work orders and requisitions also reserve materials retained on stock for turnaround use. Conversion of previous turnaround project programmes from MS Project to P3 ver. 3.1. Teaching other planners how to carry out conversions and instructing them in the use of P3. Developing Primavera RA files in MS Excel for data transfers, and as a progress monitoring tool for the turnaround. Giving assistance and guidance on the setting up of P3 master and sub-project structures and activity coding. Providing P3 first line help to planning colleagues. Liaising with operations and inspection departments on identification of turnaround work. Involved in project work to be carried out before during and after the turnaround.
