Project Planner
Responsibilities include:
- Assistance in preparation of Tender proposals
- Developing high level as well as detailed preconstruction & construction Master programmes as per client requirements.
- Reviewing contractors’ & consultants project programmes and evaluating programme logic and sequence, duration, resource and cost loading for each discipline activities to meet Project Milestones as well as analyzing the critical path and consequent impact on the Master programme and budget with the involved project functions.
- Initiating regular monitoring of actual progress with the design & construction works & preparing regular reports on progress for the client.
- Preparing detailed short term look ahead programmes and problem resolution proposals.
- Highlighting adverse trends and advising on their resolution.
