Preparation of level 1 to level 3 EPCM project schedule on the basis of SOW documents with the coordination of different departments and integrating sub contractors schedule into main baseline schedule. Identify defined work activities; verify durations, start dates and end dates meet the project needs. Ensure all deviations are reported. Planning and controlling of multi-disciplinary engineering related projects. Experience in pre-construction (design/tender/PO) and construction stages.  Generating reports on planned vs. actual work. 2 Week look head activities reports. Resource loading the project schedule to generate s curves and histograms. Integration of contractors schedule into the overall project plan.Critical Path Analysis (CPA) and total float analysis and recommendations.
