Manager Planning & Control/Deputy Project Director (PMO for STP): Software Technology Park (STP), a seventeen (17) storey office building.floor area 473,000 sq.ft
Ø Preparation of piling and main building projects resource loaded construction schedules using Primavera P5.
Ø Conduct Weekly and monthly Progress Review meetings.
Ø Preparation of agenda, working papers, presentations and minutes of Senior Executive Progress review meetings.
Ø Track procurement of major M&E equipments i/c POs, Shipment, Custom clearance.
Ø Continuous monitoring of staff and equipment input at site.
Ø Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports.
Ø Preparation of prequalification and tender documents and PC-1 for different contracts under STP. Bid evaluation reports and contract award.
Ø Preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) for procurement of Water & Sanitation, Interior Design and various individual consultants and their Technical & Financial evaluation.
Ø To analyze and respond to cost and time claims submitted by contractor.
Ø Performed the role of acting Project Director / Project Incharge.
