Responsible for the revision / updating of Level 1 / 3 Project Schedule for the mechanical, electrical, piping
works, A/C system and the fit-out works at North Podium.
· Review of consultant narrative information on the segmented work requirement for bid-out and prepares its
corresponding attachment to the bid documents i.e. Narrative bid summary, Level 1 Project Schedule and the
Sectional area drawing.
· Review of variation works developed and elevated by the consultant / disciplines engineers and prepares its
corresponding reply / comments with respective to the overall schedule effects.
· Responsible for the preparation of ELV / HLV Room Schedule.
· Review of Method Statement submitted by the contractors.
· Responsible for the progress updates of M & E works at North Podium.
· Assistance on other tasks required by the Sr. Planning Manager, Sr. Project Manager, Design Manager and
Contracts Manager
