- Leads planning department and ensuring individual tasks are performed accordingly.
- Preside weekly coordination meeting to all discipline to discuss current situation facing problems and gathering individual insight to draw-up measures for improvement. Work fronts are identified carefully to maintain good productivity.
- Preside a weekly progress meeting between management and construction and highlighting current progress and updating deliverables that have vital impact to construction to anticipate acceleration program to areas where delay are observed.
- Develop detailed Time Construction Schedule with allocated resources on all discipline in accordance to Milestone Dates through PRIMAVERA system application (P3 & P6)
- Perform analysis on the delivery and erection status for all discipline and recommend measures on expediting and maximizing the efficiencies on production.
- Implementing risk schedule analysis, float management and early warning indicators for large EPC projects
- Gives Detailed definitions & Split of Cost between Direct & Indirect Cost in Schedule
- Tracks & update project progress status on work execution
- Managing critical path, assessing delays, impact assessment, recovery and acceleration plans / costs.
- Implies maximum projection on progress by ensuing scheduled plans to comply on actual implementation.
