· Management of Ireland and UK Project Controls team
· Establishing PMO function and leading the projects gates approval process
· Development of project control indicators schedule, risks and costs for SSE Renewables multi million project portfolio
· Development of Process & Procedures for Development and Construction Departments
· Liaison with project managers and contractors and producing monthly reporting package, schedules, S-curves and dashboards.
· Development, maintenance and analysis of projects schedules
· Analysis of contractors schedule and pricing producing recommendation to project managers and contractors
· Preparation of Employer Requirements for tendering, assessment of tender returns and production of master schedule
· Implementing Primavera P6 throughout SSE Renewables
